Cancellation Policy
When booking your appointment this specific time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments impact both our schedule and other clients who may have wanted that time.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the base total of service.
If you miss your appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the base total of service.
After 1 no show a deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply.
Emergencies do happen, and I completely understand this. If you are unable to make your appointment because of an emergency please let me know.
